Located at the entrance of the historic Galata Apartmanı, Peyra carries the spirit of the neighbourhood. Founded by two partners, one with a 40-year Galata heritage, the other from a family passionate about Thessaloniki ice cream, Peyra blends craftsmanship with tradition. The shop merges Italian gelato art with Anatolian flavours, bringing together local and cosmopolitan sensibilities.
